Electrum wallet on Windows 10 has a simplistic style of graphical user interface and it's pretty straight-forward, fast, and lightweight. But the design could be more efficient and more inviting for crypto beginners. During the installation process, there is often no "Back" button, but instead, a "Cancel" button and that's annoying because you'd need to cancel the whole installation and open the installer again to make a change that you forgot the previous time. It seems that the developers had intended this wallet mainly for an audience of experienced users and not for beginners since the explanations in various dialog boxes and windows are not very detailed and there's no extensive documentation online.

The upsides of it are being a free and open-source software (Gnu GPL v3.) which means anyone can audit and check the code for glitches, bugs, or security breaches, although there was a recent security breach that took the Electrum team a long time to fix it. Regarding auditing the wallet, it's good to know that it's written in Python which makes it easier to review.

Transactions can be signed locally using your private keys. This means that no user information is stored with the server. Another security feature is the option of two-factor authentication.

You can customize your transactions by setting custom transactions and the Replace By Fee feature (RBF). By labeling different addresses for reference you'd know where payments are coming from. There’s also an easy way to export all of the wallet’s history, addresses and labels.

There's also an option called "Pay to many" which basically is the process of sending one transaction to multiple recipients.

All in all, this wallet is a good choice for semi-experienced users who would need a fast but secure wallet for quick transactions of low amounts.
